Meet Our Team
Stephanie Olds-Blodgett - President
I have worked in marketing and advertising for over 25 years. I’m passionate about my work and can’t imagine doing anything else. When I started Ad Elements in 2002, my vision was to put a team in place that would be comprised of people that were as zealous about marketing as I am. And I’ve accomplished just that. Every member of the Ad Elements team really is an expert in their field. Whether a client needs strategic media planning, social media management, strong creative concepts, or web and digital development-we can do it! I work very closely with everyone on our team to make sure we are meeting clients’ objectives. We are not a large agency, but we provide big agency services and quality. We build strong relationships with our clients; we want you to feel like our team is part of your business.
It is essential to give back to the community in which we live, work and play. Currently I serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors to the American Red Cross Southern Tier Chapter. I was one of the founders of the 20 year long Keeping Kids Warm program, and I support numerous other local organizations. In addition, we provide internships every semester to college students, including from my alma mater, Binghamton University. I am a firm believer is community service!
Jim Blodgett - Client Relations Manager
Following my graduation from SUNY Morrisville in 1981, I worked for a family-owned auto parts chain, eventually becoming Vice President of Operations. In 1998, I started work at a sales and training position in the aftermarket automotive refinishing business. During this time, I learned an appreciation for the graphic design and photography side of marketing. I continued to work in the automotive industry until I joined Ad Elements in the fall of 2003.
My experience in customer relations and business development has been put to the test developing new business and contacts for Ad Elements. I've continue to practice my skills in graphic design and photography, producing our clients' the print and digital ads. In addition to photography, my other interests include serving on the Board of Directors for the Binghamton University Athletic Club in their Student development program. I've had the opportunity to work with several student athletes as a mentor and offer intern programs at Ad Elements.
Chris Coyne - Production Director
After nearly 20 years as a radio Production Director and commercial copy-writer, I was thrilled to join the Ad Elements team in 2008. It's fulfilling to help mold innovative, multi-media campaigns for a diverse and dynamic client list. My job is to make people remember you. Write. Record. Produce. Direct. Design. Edit. I do all this to highlight what you can offer everyone else. We all win!
Chris began his career in broadcasting. He started as a part-time announcer and worked his way up to the position of Production and Copy Director for a six-radio station cluster. He has received numerous awards for his radio work. Chris joined the Ad Elements team in Feb. 2008. He is responsible for all creative direction, contributing to TV, radio, web, outdoor and print projects. He also is the editor of two regional versions of Ad Elements' quarterly health publication, Healthy Life Magazine.
Kate Fletcher - Social Media Strategist
Kathryn Fletcher, a Windsor native, joined Ad Elements in April 2014 after serving as the Online Sales and Marketing Specialist at SaveAround, Inc., where she coordinated all e-commerce activity, executed customized online affiliate marketing programs and e-mail campaigns, managed the company’s various social media channels, and generated monthly reports detailing sales, traffic and social media growth.
Among Fletcher’s extensive experience in the Binghamton area, she directed Catalysts for Intellectual Capital 2020 (CIC2020) from 2006 to 2009, served as an Academic Advisory Board Member for Binghamton University’s College of Community & Public Affairs (CCPA) from 2007 to 2009, and served as the Outreach and Communications Chair for the Binghamton Local Development Corporation from 2010 to 2012. In 2009, she was named a ’20 in their Twenties’ Honoree by the Southern Tier Opportunity Coalition. In 2008, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from Binghamton University.
Emma Wenig - Graphic Designer
Emma Wenig joined the Ad Elements team in December 2016 after graduating from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a BFA in Graphic Design earlier that year. Before moving back to her hometown of Binghamton, she did freelance design work for various organizations in the Hudson Valley.
Brendan O'Reilly - Agency Director
Brendan worked in local TV since graduating from Binghamton University in 1998 with degrees in English and History. First as a news reporter and later as a sports anchor, he learned all about the area by driving from game to game across the Southern Tier. For the past 2 and a half years he worked in media sales, helping develop and grow businesses in several different fields.
Brendan puts family first, devoting his spare time to watching and filming his 3 sons play baseball, basketball and lacrosse. His work behind, and in front of, the camera and his experience in local business development make him a great addition to the Ad Elements team.
